ARCA began with one sacred conversation—between two women, two healers. Different lives. Same longing: to feel seen, supported, and safe in the most vulnerable chapter of caregiving.

  • Co-Founder of Evolve Family Wellness & ARCA

    Taylor Kernion is an educator, wellness advocate, and co-founder of Evolve Family Wellness. 

    With experience that spans in early childhood classrooms, elite-level sports coaching, and real-time caregiving as a private nanny, Taylor brings a rare emotional clarity to her work. She understands the invisible weight parents carry and the critical need for tools that support not just children, but the adults raising them.

    Taylor holds a degree in Special and Elementary Education from Gonzaga University and a Master’s in Management and Leadership. Her background in competitive athletics informs her whole-family wellness approach: one rooted in discipline, emotional resilience, and sustainable growth.

    Her personal journey shaped by close experience with addiction within her family system ignited her passion for emotional wellness, prevention, and healing. Through Evolve, she helps develop emotionally attuned tools powered by compassionate AI, designed to meet caregivers where they are and guide them toward lasting change.

    Her mission is simple and powerful: when we care for caregivers, we shift the entire family system. Emotional wellness begins at the individual level but its impact cascades across the entire family system.

    Yezenia Manke is a mother of four, an education leader, and co-founder of Evolve Family Wellness, an emotionally intelligent digital platform designed to support families through the first 1000 days of parenthood and beyond.

    With over a decade of experience designing innovative school programs in San Francisco, New York, and Puerto Rico, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership, Yezenia blends the strategy of a seasoned education executive with the lived wisdom of motherhood.

    She is the creator of the Evolve Parenthood Development (EPD) framework, a breakthrough model that reframes parenting as a vital developmental milestone. Her work began with one simple belief: when we support parents, we transform childhood.

    As President of the Lovely Little Einsteins Foundation, a growing network of inclusive preschools in Puerto Rico, Yezenia has devoted her life to reimagining how families are held and how children grow.

    Through Evolve, she brings this vision to life using personalized, trauma-informed tools powered by compassionate AI. The platform merges emotional intelligence, family psychology, and real-time support to help parents shift from survival mode to connected, confident caregiving.

    Her mission is bold and deeply personal: to make every parent feel seen, supported, and strong so they can raise the next generation with clarity, care, and purpose.
